Andrey Glushkó is a multidisciplinary designer and creative director with over 15 years of international experience across branding, hospitality, interior design and spatial storytelling.

His practice combines a background in Fine Arts, Graphic Design and Economics with a Master’s Degree in Interior Design from IED Madrid, bringing together artistic sensitivity and strategic thinking.

Throughout his career, he has developed more than 40 B2B and B2C projects and contributed to the opening of several international hospitality concepts, including his experience at Room Mate Hotels.

Alongside his professional practice, he has worked as a mentor, lecturer and participant in international design forums and exhibitions. His work has received industry recognition and has been featured in various design publications.
